Thursday 13: Webcomics

Thirteen of my very favorite comics that I read on a regular basis (meaning every day). Including the title of the latest installment. Or something else from the comic if there's no title. There are so many more where this came from.

  1. Dinosaur Comics - "In my experience there is indeed no room on this planet for such a dude"
  2. Ph.D. - "Buzzwords"
  3. Cowbirds In Love - "Political Beliefs"
  4. Basic Instructions - "How to Create a Weapon That Is Devastating and Unstoppable"
  5. Questionable Content - "Euphamising Euphamisms"
  6. Anders Loves Maria - "You Made It"
  7. XKCD - "Academia vs. Business"
  8. Pictures for Sad Children - "Do you feel happy or insane"
  9. Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal - "Crying is not a proper retort"
  10. Cyanide and Happiness - "I'm not going to make it"
  11. Awkward Adventures - Chuck E. Cheese"
  12. Supermega - "Soda Bottle"
  13. Thinkin' Lincoln - "Anatomical Superiority"
Honorable Mentions (I don't read on a regular basis. I don't know why): Cat and Girl, Scary Go Round, Diesel Sweeties, Overcompensating. Oh, and Bunny. Can't forget bunny.

Lunch break...

I blink. Once. Twice. I stare at the empty soup cup in front of me. I turn and note, with a shock, the time. One hour has passed. How has a whole hour passed? I was just sitting here... and...

I'm so tired. I haven't been sleeping well. I haven't had time to go to KSW. Thesis is stressing me out because I'm finding it extremely challenging to get data from my target group and also to find applicable information. It's so hard to work once I get home because I'm so tired. I've completely stopped cooking. I bring something to microwave for lunch -- today was Campbell's Select Harvest New England Clam Chowder. Delicious. I eat whatever Kevin makes, or I eat bread, cheddar cheese and pepperoni (I am actually quite fond of this).

I unwind by reading or blogging. And, then, it's time for bed. What? How did that happen? I get lost in time and have to go to sleep. And I'm still stressed out.

Next to the Value Village on Independance, there is a Goodwill that sells by the pound. $1.39/lb, I think. You can get a pound of clothing for the price of a drip coffee.

Last time I was there, I picked up a long pink and cream Victoria's Secrets robe. It's a large, so it's pretty big on me. And it didn't have a sash. That's what Boyfriend's tie is for! I absolutely love this robe. It's huge and silky and wonderful.
