So, I'm trying to loose some weight. Nothing major. I'm not even seeking to get down to my pre-antidepressant weight, (which was nearly underweight, actually). I'm just trying to get down out of the "overweight" BMI range, down to a healthy 21 or so. So, I'm tracking my calories at The Daily Plate, which is darned useful. Because I don't want to confess that I just scarfed down a pint of Ben and Jerry's. Sooo... I don't eat the ice cream. It's useful in that way. Also, I know how much I eat, so instead just eating whatever when I'm hungry, I try to eat more filling things. Below is a chart showing my calories for today. Holy Crap! 46% Came from that stupid DELICIOUS Totino's Pepperoni Pizza. Dangit. It was so delicious. T_T I am going to have to find something else just as delicious. Especially since eating stuff like this drives my sodium intake through the roof too.
