I woke up at around 4 or 5 this morning and couldn't sleep. After going to bed around 2. Oh well, I don't have to work today. So, I'm slumming around my sisters apartment, loafing about on the net, reading chick lit, and working on a project (I can't say what for a few days). Seems likes everything, well not everything but a lot of things... are kinda in the pits right now. I mean, there are some good things. I'm very much looking forward to next semester. I've got some very exciting classes lined up. More on that later. I'm working, which is good. Income is good.

However, I don't like being back in Greenville for several reasons. All of which are cured by being at school.

For starters, it is nice having a schedule, which I don't have here. Not having a regular schedule leads to forgetting to take medication, which has disastrous consequences. I actually enjoy going to classes. I miss my friends and my boyfriend. It's hard not to when I am basically with them 24/7 at school. ESPECIALLY RAY!* Ha! Yeah, I miss my friends, but I miss my boyfriend a lot.

Further, I am a guest here. I have no place of my own. I am essentially homeless. I mean, I have a roof over my head, but I have no where that feels like home. I sleep either in my parent's guest bedroom or my sister's couch. This was honestly one of the worst parts of breaking up with Jeff. There I had my own place. I had a bed that I could call my own. I had a place to put my clothes (and I don't mean just in random laundry baskets). This is probably the worst part of being back in Greenville. Up at school, I feel at home. I have my own room. I have places where I feel that I belong without being a guest. I feel at home...

* Ray has a gruff exterior, but I think he knows how much I love him. Hee! :-) This won't be appreciated unless you know Ray.
